CLUB RULES

1.	Club privileges are limited to those who have met all of their membership obligations and are considered in good standing with the Board of Directors.
2.	All members are responsible for signing in and paying for their guests at the Snack Shack forthwith. Honor Policy does apply. See the Membership Tab on our website for more details.
3.	Lifeguards are responsible for the safety and conduct of the people in the Pool and the Pool Area. The Pool Manager (or designee) is authorized to expel anyone from the Pool and/or Pool Area who disobeys these Rules. No one is to distract the lifeguards while on duty watching the Pool.
4.	At no time will anyone under the age of 18 use the Pool unless a qualified lifeguard is on duty.
5.	NO GLASS SHALL BE PERMITTED IN THE POOL AREA.
6.	No food or drink are allowed in the water.
7.	Persons who pose a threat to the public health shall not be allowed in the Pool.
8.	The following are prohibited in the Pool Area: running, skating/skateboarding, wrestling/fighting or excessive horseplay.
9.	Floats/ rafts are to be permitted at the discretion of the lifeguards.
10.	A parent or guardian must accompany their child in Toddler Pool Area at all times. NO CHILD SHALL BE UNATTENDED IN THE TODDLER POOL at any time.
11.	Toddler Pool and accompanying Toddler Play Area are reserved for children 6 years and younger.
12.	Young children who are not toilet trained shall wear approved swim diapers.
13.	Children under the age of 10 shall not be permitted in the Pool Area unless accompanied by a person 13 years of age or older. Responsibility of the person accompanying the child to the Pool continues while the child remains on Club property.
14.	Pets are prohibited in the Pool Area.
15.	Diving is allowed in the deep end only.
16.	No other activity is allowed in the Diving Well when the Diving Board is in use.
17.	Only one person is allowed on the Diving Board at a time.
18.	At 10 minutes to the hour, every hour, the Pool will be cleared of all persons under the age of 18 for a rest period lasting 10 minutes. Lifeguards may clear the Pool of all swimmers at any time for a safety check.
19.	The club is not responsible for stolen property.
20.	The Pump Room and Snack Shack are restricted to Authorized Personnel only.
21.	Lounge chairs are reserved for the adults at the Pool. If no adult is in need of lounging, a person under 18 may have use of the lounge chair but shall relinquish it at the request of an adult.
22.	Persons under the age of 18 will not be permitted to smoke on club property.
23.	Tennis Court lights should never be used after 10 pm.
24.	Use of the Tennis Courts will be governed by the current Tennis Court Rules.
25.	All motorized vehicles, including mopeds, are to be kept in the Parking Lot. They are not permitted on any grassy area or walking path. The only exception to this rule is Swim Meets or other organized events that necessitate over-flow parking.
